All of my stars – Mama & Me

You are my son's, my moon's and all of my stars.

I enjoy being creative with my imagery, I love to keep it really raw and moody, I think it emphasises the power of motherhood. I often play with harsh shadows and mix between cooler and warm tones, it creates a feel. I feel like when you see my images, you can almost feel what the people in them are feeling. My images speak, they whisper, they scream. My style has evolved so much since I first began, but that’s the beauty of photography, you’re constantly evolving, constantly testing creativity, constantly creating beauty.

I love creating earthy images, really stripping back the materialistic things and getting closer to nature. I want my clients to be the focus of the images, I want them to shine in them, even in the dark. I love it when my clients are open to trying different things, different locations and styles, I love when they’re not afraid to show a little skin and create a bit of intimacy in their photos. I’m all about real moments, real life; I hate overly posed and staged. I don’t enjoy posing and props, I just enjoy people for who they are.
